New Ticketing System Launch May 19, 2025
The South Carolina Judicial Branch will launch a new ticketing system on May 19, 2025, replacing HEAT Self Service. The new system, Ivanti Service Manager (ISM), will offer the same features and will continue to support issue reporting for the Trial Court Case Management System, JMSWeb, and E-Filing.
All users will be able to submit incidents directly; however, please continue following your county’s established procedures to determine who should submit incidents on behalf of your court.
No action is required on your part—the transition will be seamless. You’ll continue to access the system using the Ivanti Self-Service icon in the Citrix application.
Training and support materials will be provided the week before go-live. Three on line sessions will be offered, but you will only need to attend one session. To register click the link for the session you wish to attend.

Scheduled Maintenance Notice -- Network maintenance will be performed on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, beginning at 8:00 PM. It is expected that maintenance will be completed by Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 2:00 AM. Anyone connecting to any application or website hosted by SCJB will experience an interruption in service during this maintenance window.
Judges and Bond Court staff should be prepared to use manual procedures for Bond Court during this maintenance window.
