4/1/2026 Citrix VDA License Change

SCJB has received reports of issues related to launching CMS. SCJB completed a required Citrix VDA update, which can impact users running older versions of the Citrix Workspace application.

To resolve this issue, we ask that all users verify their current Citrix Workspace version. The recommended version is 25.7.1000.  If your current version is not up to date, please follow these steps:

• Uninstall the existing Citrix Workspace application from your device.

• Download and install the latest version (25.7.1000).
