The South Carolina Judicial Branch will be launching a new ticketing system to replace HEAT Self Service. Ivanti Service Manager will have the same functions as HEAT Self Service and will support reporting issues for the Trial Court Case Management System, JMSWeb, and E-Filing, . The change will be automatic for you as a user, you will still access the new ticketing system using the Self Service icon in the Citrix application. Note: if this link (https://hss.sccourts.org/HeatWebUI/hss/HSS.html) has been saved as a bookmark or added as a shortcut to your desktop, you should replace it with the new link. The new link will be provided once Ivanti Service Manager has gone live. Support documentation will be provided prior to implementation.
