7/13/2026 Update to the E-Filing System

Based on July 13, 2026 updates to the E-Filing System, E-Filers may experience issues logging into E-Filing or navigating certain pages.  SCJB recommends that if you experience issues you clear your web browser’s cache.  Instructions for the simplest method to clear different browser caches are included below.  Clearing your cache using the instructions included below will not delete information stored on websites, such as saved passwords.       

Google Chrome

Open Chrome.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).
Set the Time Range to All Time.
Check Cached images and files.
DO NOT clear your browsing history or saved passwords.
Click Delete Data.
Close Chrome completely and reopen it before signing back in.

Microsoft Edge

Open Edge.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
Set the Time Range to All Time.
Check Cached images and files.
You can leave the other options unchecked unless instructed otherwise.
Click Clear Now.
Close Edge and reopen it before accessing the application again.

Mozilla Firefox

Open Firefox.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
Set the Time Range to Clear to Everything.
Select Temporary Cached Files and Pages.
Click Clear.
Close Firefox and reopen it before trying again.

Safari (Mac)

Open Safari.
Select Safari > Settings (or Preferences) > Advanced.
Enable Show Develop menu in menu bar (if it is not already enabled).
From the Develop menu, select Empty Caches.
Close and reopen Safari before signing back in.

Still Having Issues?

If clearing your browser cache does not resolve the issue, please contact the Help Desk/Call Center at (803) 734-1200 and provide:

-Your name
-The browser you are using
-A brief description of the issue
-A screenshot of any error message (if available)


7/13/2026 E-Filing intermittent technical issues

E-Filing is currently experiencing intermittent technical issues. In some cases, filings are going on hold or timing out before clerks can process them. These issues are likely due to recent E-Filing maintenance. SCJB staff is currently working with the E-Filing vendor, Tybera, to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Please continue to report issues you experience so that we can investigate and remedy them. When reporting problems, we ask that you include a brief description of the issue and save and include a screenshot of the error if possible.
